If we ("both parties") cannot settle the dispute together, the dispute will then be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Michigan or another location mutually agreeable to us ("both parties"). An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
- We ("Localhost") will keep your ("the client's") personal information, data, and devices private. We ("Localhost") won't share it with anyone. However, we ("Localhost") will not be responsible or liable if someone else manages to breach your ("the client's") privacy outside of our ("Localhost's") business.
- We ("Localhost") will not perform any services unless you("the client") request them.
- We ("Localhost") have the right to deny your ("the client's") service requests at any time for any reason. If we ("Localhost") accept a service request, we have the right to retract that acceptance and deny your ("the client's") service request at any given time for any reason before issuing an invoice. We ("Localhost") are not required to share our ("Localhost's") reasons of withdrawal.

Not filing a dispute within 14 days of receiving an invoice means you ("the client") are completely satisfied with the services we ("Localhost") performed per your ("the client's") request and you accept that you cannot retract your satisfaction and attempt to dispute those services.
- To file a dispute with us ("Localhost"), you ("the client") must fill out the dispute form. There will be links to the dispute form in navigation pane at the bottom of the website.
